By accessing and using Scopeflow ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Scopeflow provides a curriculum scope and sequence management platform designed for K-12 school districts. Our Service includes tools for curriculum planning, standards alignment, collaboration, and reporting.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Scopeflow is a subscription-based service offered through district packages and related service agreements.

  • Starter: For smaller districts and pilot rollouts
  • Professional: For broader district implementation and collaboration workflows
  • Enterprise: For larger districts or custom procurement needs

Fees, renewal terms, taxes, implementation services, and any package-specific terms are governed by the applicable order form, quote, or district agreement.

5. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload to Scopeflow. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We will not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We design our practices to support school and district obligations under applicable education privacy laws, including FERPA and COPPA where relevant.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scopeflow and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scopeflow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
